You can browse any of the pages of Verified Valid without registering or providing any personal information. However, in order to enlist our services or communicate with us you must provide us with certain information. This may include but is not limited to your name, business address, business telephone number, payment and billing information and license data.

How we use information
Certain information is made available on each customer's certificate page. Customers may request that certain information not be displayed on their certificate. All private/personal information information is kept confidential and never sold or given to third parties. All credit card information is processed by PayPal and is not disclosed to the staff at Verified Valid. Customer infomation is stored offline in a secure area.
