Domain Verification
Verified Valid will research Domain Registration for the vendor's listed website. We will confirm the date the website was registered, and if publically available, the individual or business the domain is registered to. Unfortunately, due to the nature of free sites and communities such as MySpace, businesses that host exclusively on these types of web hosts are not eligible for Domain Verification.

License Verification
Verified Valid will request at the time of registration and during annual recertification that a prospective vendor provide documentation all applicable required state and local-level licenses to conduct business. If a vendor elects not to provide such documentation, the vendor's certificate page will reflect "Declined to Provide" as a status. We always recommend that you ask the business to provide you with a copy of their license.

Customer Identification
Verified Valid will request the name, email address, mailing address and phone number of the customer providing the testimonial. If provided by the vendor utitizing our services, we will verifiy the information given with the customer, perform due diligence in public databases to verify the identity of the customer. Verify Validity of Testimonial
Verified Valid will confirm via email that the testimonial provided by the wedding vendor is accurate and written by the customer. We will also determine if the customer has received and compensation or discount for providing a testimonial. A reverse telephone number check will be performed. A telephone call to the customer may also be placed.

Obtain Formal Permission to Use Testimonial
Verified Valid will formally request permission from the customer and the vendor to use the testimonial, along with the customer's name, city and state on the vendor's page of the Verified Valid website. This permission is revokable at any time by either the vendor or the customer.

Host Unlimited Testimonials
All verified testimonials will remain active on the vendor's certificate page for as long as that vendor's account remains active. Once verified, the testimonial remains active unless removal is requested by the vendor or the customer. To preserve the privacy of our customers, no annual recertification of testimonials is conducted.
