Can I pay for a Preferred Account if I have less than five testimonials?
Each membership level has specific requirements that must be met. The number of verified testimonials is an integral part of our ranking system. We do not waive the required number of testimonials.
The certificate for clients choosing a package rate, will reflect the level of verified testimonials, not the package they are subcribed to.
What is a compensated testimonial?
Some vendors may offer a discount or other incentive to a customer in return for a testimonial. If this is the case, the testimonial will be marked a Compensated Testimonial. If a customer has received no incentive for their testimonial, it is labeled as an Uncompensated Testimonial.
Do you offer weekend consultations?
As weekends are a wedding professionals busiest times and most brides are available on weekends, most of our one-on-one time with brides is done in the evenings and on weekends. Of course, we do make time during the week and during the day for brides, too.
